I would like to first of all praise the entire hotel staff. They respond quickly to problems, provide good service, and clean the room every day, even though there is a notice inside during check-in that they will clean and change the bed sheets only if you put a sign on it asking for it. After the second night, the light in my bathroom went out. All you had to do was mention this at the reception and literally half an hour later the technician came to change the entire lamp. At first I didn’t take breakfast with my hotel reservation, but then I paid extra for all the other days, in fact it turned out cheaper, and I highly recommend using the opportunity to check out the restaurant. There is a wonderful view of the road where the famous red double-decker buses travel, but this is not the main thing. The section was built in the direction of landing of planes, so every couple of minutes they land overhead, and this is a very beautiful sight. And across the road in the courtyard of a London college there lives a squirrel. It is very wonderful to follow what is happening from the second floor of the building while enjoying coffee and a bun from the hotel restaurant in the morning. The hotel itself is clean and looked after. The room is also good. There were three of us and took a room with three beds. There are USB chargers at each bed, a kettle, coffee, tea and milk. The bathroom has a thermal faucet, which is rare for a 3-star hotel. This is great luck. The building itself is located very close to the route to Heathrow Airport. But the building was built with perfect noise reduction. So you can hear more what is happening behind the door in the corridor than outside the window. You can't hear any cars or planes at all. The area is full of taxis and transfer services. So there were no problems ordering an Uber, Bolt or just a taxi. I highly recommend checking out this hotel. If in doubt, I assure you, you will be satisfied.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ibis Budget Hotel near Heathrow Airport for six days alongside my sibling during our excursion to London, Oxford, and the Lake District. The overall experience was decidedly satisfying, with the property exceeding expectations in numerous respects. We opted for a double-bed room, which was notably spacious and adorned with a comfortable bed and impeccably clean linens. Complimentary toiletries were thoughtfully provided, alongside an electric kettle stocked with tea and coffee sachets - a delightful touch. The room also featured a television and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet, all maintained to a pristine standard. The availability of both hot and cold water was a welcome convenience. Housekeeping was exemplary, ensuring the timely replenishment of linens, toiletries, and refreshments. The hotel boasts a restaurant-cum-bar that, while modest in its culinary offerings, appeared inviting. Although we did not dine there, the menu seemed slightly limited and priced higher than neighboring eateries, albeit justifiably so given the location. Both check-in and check-out procedures were seamless, facilitated by courteous staff. Two functional elevators ensured ease of movement within the premises. The property's proximity to Heathrow Airport is a significant advantage, further complemented by a bus station situated at its entrance. Moreover, direct connectivity via the Piccadilly and Elizabeth lines made travel to central London and beyond remarkably straightforward. Notably, the hotel’s soundproofed rooms, fortified with triple-glazing, ensured an undisturbed stay despite the bustling environs of the airport. The surrounding area felt secure, featuring a plethora of dining options, particularly for aficionados of Indian cuisine. A Tesco store within walking distance further augmented the convenience.

Breakfast was very good quality with plenty of choice and catered for vegetarians, GF, alternative milks etc.. Included choice of several cereals, 4 different fruit juices, fruit, cold buffet, hot breakfasts - bacon, eggs sausages, beans etc... Croissants, cakes bread/toast and teas coffees hot chocolate etc.. Plenty of choice and £13 payment meant you could eat as much as you want. Room was reasonably sized with ensuite. Hanging storage and one shelf for clothes but no other storage which was the only downside to storage. Room was clean and warm with various lighting options. TV had plenty of channels but there did seem to be a connection fault so had to jiggle with the hdmi cable to get it working. Only other issue was ventilation. The window didn't open "for safety/security reasons" so we had to rely on the extractor fan to keep the room from getting too stuffy. OK for a couple of nights but not ideal for longer stays.

Efficient check in, the staff member was very welcoming. Room/bathroom, bed linen and towels very clean. Local bus #105 or#111 from the airport will take you very close to the hotel. Get off at "The Avenue CJ" stop or ask driver to let you off @ Ibis BUDGET hotel because there are 3 Ibis hotels on the same street! Walk towards the main street when you exit the bus, and the hotel is across the street slightly to the left. For return trip to the airport just get the bus TO the airport on the other side of the street... "The Avenue CM"stop. Bus ride is roughly 10 mins and is cashless, tap to pay with credit or bank card.

I stayed overnight before a flight from Heathrow. Check-in was quick and friendly. Hotel Shuttle bus service was appreciated so much! The Ibis exceeded my expectations both in location, ease of access, general decor and comfort, and food! I also loved that there was a bath! I particularly loved the vegan chickpea curry! It was so nice to have a tasty vegan option. The curry was presented well. The portion size was fantastic. The taste was authentic Indian flavours with just the right amount of spice and heat. Well done Ibis! I struggle to find good vegan food options when I travel.
